TEMAGAMI (Staff) – The cause of a fatal head-on crash that claimed the life of a Sudbury area man near Temagami is under investigation.Andre Noel, 69, of Valley East was confirmed dead at the scene of the October 17 collision on Highway 11 south of Temagami.Temiskaming Ontario
