Alliyah Kidd, 12,  isn’t a hardened criminal, but she can now say she’s spent time behind bars. Her “crime” was taking part in the annual Jail-A-Thon staged by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Her cellmates on November 14, Matt Duke and grandfather Carman Kidd, were among the eight
