Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter ELK LAKE – Molly Tulpin is a busy, walking, talking 14-month-old.But only four months ago, the Elk Lake area toddler underwent a seven-hour surgery on her lower spine after being diagnosed with spina bifida meningocele.“She’s 100 per cent amazing,” said her mother Shelly.
