Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter EARLTON – The 1928 Fordson F. tractor comes out of retirement only two days a year.Yet it runs as well as it did 90 years ago, said Scott Rooney, as the Harley Township man readied it for the parade.And it wasn’t even the oldest machine on display at
