Many of you, mainly the lucky ones, will be out on area lakes and rivers this long weekend traveling on your sleds or ice fishing.

Please be advised that flows on area rivers and lakes remain high for this time of year due to significant rain in November and December. This will impact ice conditions… even several kilometres away from generating stations and control dams.

Exercise extreme caution.
