COBALT (Staff) — The eighth annual Spring Pulse Poetry Festival is already underway and residents of area seniors’ homes as well as the patients of the Temiskaming Hospital have already been enjoying the musical sounds and words of poets.Some area schools are also being introduced to poetry again
