Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TEMISKAMING SHORES – The New Liskeard Business Improvement Area will remain.Temiskaming Shores council unanimously agreed to retain the downtown improvement organization May 15.Council’s vote followed a mail-in vote of Business Improvement Area (BIA) members themselves.Those results fell short of the required double majority – half of the property
