Diane Johnston Speaker Reporter TEMISKAMING SHORES – City council has given its blessing to the development of an affordable housing project on the north end of Grant Drive in Dymond.At its last meeting of the year, Temiskaming Shores council unanimously agreed to donate property at the alternative location, to applause from some
